Banks, mortgage companies and credit card businesses are changing their percentages and rules without little notification to the consumer. Car dealers and retailers are slashing prices to all time lows trying to get people to buy.

Talk to all of the professionals you think would have useful information.
Deal with one detail and decision at a time.
Then, make your best decision.
If later, you think you might want to do something different, remember nothing in life is permanent except the fact that you were born, you die and maybe you have children….most other things you can change.
