PRINT ASSESSMENT
INSTRUCTIONS
After you have purchased your assessment and we have provided you with a login number:
To take our survey, just go to our survey site at www.printsurvey.com and enter your login and password and then follow the instructions. The site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The survey system runs under Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.x or above or Netscape version 4.x or above and requires that the JavaScript be enabled on your browser. If you do not have this capability, please contact your survey administrator for further instructions.
When at the survey site, since screen size varies, it is most likely that you will need to scroll down the page to see all of the information on that page – so please make sure that you use the scroll bar on the right side of the screen to scroll down to the bottom of each of the pages. Please note that at the bottom of the Instructions pages, you will see “Next” and “Start Survey” buttons. At the bottom of each of the questions pages, you will see a “Send Answers” button.
When completing the survey, please be as honest as possible. The success of the survey process depends on the integrity of your answers. There are no right or wrong answers and it is difficult to second-guess the questions. Please answer the questions as you are, not how you possibly would like to be. Your individual responses to the Print Survey are confidential.
We also suggest that you do not leave the survey for more than fifteen minutes or the system will automatically log off. If this should occur, you can reaccess the survey by using the same login and password. The system will take you to the appropriate starting point. Depending on where you left off, you may need to reenter some of your answers.
Please note that the survey is not complete until you see the words, “Thank you for completing the survey. Your results have been sent.” Some computers may bring up new screens slowly, so please wait for each new screen, and keep answering questions until you are notified that the survey is completed. Sometimes the page closes quickly and it can be hard to see the “Thank You”.
Please make sure that you check your spam folder for mail from “printsurvey.com” as your survey results might be categorized as spam. If you don’t receive results, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
